Here is a collection of videos of me either drawing or talking about what I do. (What DO I do?!) There’s also a link to an animated episode I created.

The video below is a screen recording from Adobe Fresco on my iPad. Adobe Fresco records every action while I’m drawing. Every time I change my mind, every time I erase a line…it’s all there. I had a rough idea of when I started this but the drawing is really me discovering what’s going to stick. I enjoy surprising myself when I draw. And I don’t really draw that fast…or do I?!

This is a short documentary/interview. I talk about what my work day is like, why I navigated to writing and illustrating kids’s books and a few of the steps along the way. Man, it’s difficult watch and listen to oneself…

Here’s another time warp of a drawing. This is captured from Adobe Fresco on an iPad pro using the Apple Pencil to draw. This is an example of me sketching with no idea about what I am going to draw. I start with the tree and finally find some characters to complete the drawing. Along the way it becomes its own thing and I get really into the line work and the light and shadow around these two characters.

Here is an episode of an animated show I made for Dreamworks Online. I created 3 episodes of Book Reports and below is one of my favorites. The episodes takes place in a classroom where the students are presenting their book reports with varying degrees of success.
